Job summary

BurgerFi Franchisee is seeking a Cook responsible for the orderly and accurate preparation of quality meals, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Health Department regulations.

You will cook fried and grilled items as needed, maintain clean, sanitary stations, stock and rotate ingredients, monitor portions, and assist with opening, closing, and overall kitchen operations. Attends meetings and supports teamwork to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must prepare meals meeting Health Department regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to cook fried and grilled items as needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work stations and follow kitchen cleanliness rules.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and maintains adequate levels of food at line stations to ensure smooth service.
• Portions food according to standard sizes and recipes.
• Rotates products properly (FIFO) and handles inventory with care.
• Opens and closes the kitchen following the closing checklist; assists with opening/closing.
• Attends scheduled meetings and contributes improvement ideas.
• Keeps the kitchen area clean and organized to meet Health Department standards.
• Provides assistance to other team members to support restaurant operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
