Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of professional cooking experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Reliable, punctual and well organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
• Report safety concerns to the Executive/Sous Chef on duty.
• Maintain organization across kitchen, prep, and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory and receiving as required.
• Prepare daily staff meal on assigned days.
