Job summary

Up to Par Management, LLC is seeking a Line Cook at Colonial Heritage Club in Williamsburg, VA. You will prepare and stage food, ensure freshness, and support a fast-paced kitchen team in a premium club setting.

The role offers a starting hourly wage of $18.00–$20.00 depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and other time-off benefits through LL Roberts.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High level of professionalism
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license required
• Minimum of Two (2) years restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Prep food items ahead of time as requested, not more than estimated needs
• Return unused items to storage, cover/date perishables
• Assist in correcting food cost problems; control waste and usage
• Date containers and rotate perishables; keep at proper temperatures
• Check pars for shift use, determine prep needs, freezer pull and line setup
• Receive and unpack items from vendors; date and pack as per standards
