Job summary

Rio Lobo Cantina is seeking Line/Prep Cooks to prepare ingredients and assemble meals in a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash and chop vegetables, cut meat, and operate fryers, grills, and ovens to ensure timely, high-quality dishes.

• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders on time and meeting quality standards

• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other custom entrees
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
