Wolf River Brisket Company is seeking Line/Prep Cooks to join our front-line team, ensuring precise preparation of our recipes. You will handle vegetables and meats, operate fryers, grills, and ovens, and craft appetizers, salads, soups, and sandwiches while keeping a clean, efficient station.

• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System.
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders on time and meeting quality standards.

• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other custom entrees
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders on time and meeting quality standards
• And, most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
