Wolf River Hospitality Group is seeking Line/Prep Cooks to be at the front lines of preparing our crafted recipes. Responsibilities include washing and chopping vegetables, operating fryers, grills, and ovens, and preparing a variety of dishes while maintaining a clean workstation.

Line/Prep Cooksare the front-line for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
• Operating various kitchen equipment such as fryers, flat top grills, ovens, etc.
• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other custom entrees
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders on time and meeting quality standards
• And, most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
