Torchy’s Tacos is hiring a Line Cook for Fry, Grill, Sauté, Steam, and Taco stations in Fayetteville, AR. You will prepare ingredients from scratch, follow Torchy’s recipes, and help maintain high standards of flavor and presentation for our Damn Good meals.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Able to stand for several hours.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedules and hours based on restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Cooking & Prep: Prepare and cook ingredients at fry, grill, sauté, and steam stations per Torchy's recipes and standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor dish quality and presentation to meet Damn Good standards.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized station with food safety adherence.
• Team Collaboration: Work with BOH teammates to ensure timely and correct prep and service.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients for service.
• Efficiency: Work with urgency during peak times while maintaining quality.
