Mad Anthony's Inc. is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team in Boise. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, follow standardized recipes, and support high standards of quality and consistency for every plate.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety, proper plating, and timely service to our guests. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive hourly wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to read and speak English to understand recipes and safety instructions.
• Manual dexterity and stamina for long shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Capable of following directions from Head Chef and working in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Stand for extended periods and move kitchen supplies as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or spoilage.
