You will lead kitchen staff, assign stations, and oversee training while maintaining high standards of quality and service. The role requires five or more years in a high-volume, full-service dining kitchen, with a high school diploma, and strong leadership and English communication skills.

Qualificações

• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and food production skills required.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to kitchen and dining room staff.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the kitchen and dish room during shifts with cost efficiency in mind.
• Ensure kitchen team performs duties per procedures and standards.
• Assign stations to the kitchen team at shift start.
• Oversee training, cross-training, interviewing and scheduling.
• May assume all duties of the Chef in the Chef's absence.
