Job summary

Qualifications

• Moderate reading and writing skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
• Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less.
• Manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct preparation of food following production procedures and systems.
• Comply with sanitation, personal hygiene and health standards; observe proper handling techniques.
• Store food properly with date marking; report needed equipment repair to supervisor.
• Read tickets for modifiers and special instructions; maintain a clean, stocked station throughout shift.
• Assist FOH with reasonable requests; prep and portion items; ensure safe storage and rotation.
