You will prepare items according to recipes and daily menus, inspect equipment, operate stations, requisition supplies, and monitor costs while maintaining safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education required; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Culinary knowledge is required.
• Food safety certification and strong sanitation habits are required.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively helps customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize problems and communicate with management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menus.
• Clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas for cleanliness.
• Operate food station and complete station checklist and temperature logs.
• Requisition food supplies based on future needs.
• Monitor menus and spending to prepare meals economically.
• Report safety issues to management.
