P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for Line Cooks (Line, Wok, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef) at our Marlton, NJ locations.

We offer both full-time and part-time hourly roles with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. As a Line Cook you will prepare items to recipe specs, maintain high kitchen sanitation, and work quickly in a team. Must be 18+, have a Food Handler's Card where required, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• A love for food and an eye for detail with cooking; knowing weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler’s Card or assistance to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plates prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Responsible for setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, and maintaining equipment.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
