TakoSushi is hiring for Line Cooks at our NEW location in Spartanburg, SC. Join a fast-paced kitchen environment where you will prepare a range of dishes, follow recipes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen line experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Food and Health codes.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Skillfully cook and prepare a diverse range of dishes according to our recipes and specifications.
• Strictly adhere to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with plate presentation guidelines and timely delivery of food orders.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
• Utilize recipe cards and measuring tools accurately for precise ingredient measurements.
• Stock and break down sections at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Monitor and maintain proper rotation of prepped and batched food items to minimize waste.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and machinery.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned or requested.
