Perkins is seeking a Line Cook through JDK Management Company to prepare menu items to brand standards while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and pride in guest experience.

No experience is required, but prior line cook work is a plus, and you’ll operate in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Camp Hill, PA. You’ll follow safety procedures, collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams, and support from prep to service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; prior line cook experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
