Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking a Line Cook to join our Perkins family dining concept in Ohio. You will prepare menu items to spec, keep a clean, safe kitchen, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience with a collaborative team.

No experience is required; however, prior line cook experience is a plus. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
