Responsibilities

• Food Preparation ~ Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking for various menu items, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Station Management ~ Manage assigned cooking station(s), including grill, sauté, fry, or prep stations, to maintain efficiency and high-quality output during service.
• Quality Control ~ Monitor food quality and presentation standards, adjusting as necessary to meet restaurant specifications.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation ~ Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management ~ Assist with inventory control, food storage, and waste management processes. Report any supply needs to the kitchen manager.
• Collaboration ~ Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and timing, ensuring timely service to diners.
• Follow Recipes ~ Accurately follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain flavor and cost consistency.
