Luna Grill is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will prepare, cook, and plate dishes to Luna Grill standards, maintaining a clean workstation and operating grills, fryers, and ovens safely.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual setting, strong food prep and portion control knowledge, and a commitment to food safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year kitchen experience in high-volume or fast-casual environments.
• Strong knowledge of food prep, portion control, and recipe consistency.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items per Luna Grill recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation during the shift.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties.
• Communicate with team and leadership to keep service smooth.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen maintenance.
