Job summary

Luna Grill is seeking a Lead Cook to oversee kitchen operations, coach the team, and ensure consistent quality on shift. You will manage stations, monitor safety logs, and uphold Luna Grill standards while delivering efficient service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of leadership in a high-volume or fast-casual environment, strong food safety knowledge, and a team-first attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment.
• Strong knowledge of food prep, portion control, and recipe consistency.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations during shifts, maintaining food quality, safety, and speed of service.
• Train team members, monitor food safety logs, and coordinate station assignments.
• Set up, organize, and maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift.
• Direct and assist team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties as needed.
