Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Training is provided, with emphasis on recipe accuracy and safety.

Candidates should enjoy cooking, be detail-oriented, and able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 30 lbs. Flexible scheduling is offered and benefits apply after hours worked.

Qualifications

• Food handler certification (where required) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to busy kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate dishes based on chef guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
