P.F. Chang's China Bistro in Mesa, AZ is hiring for Line Cook and related kitchen roles. You’ll prepare and plate items according to our recipes, follow safety standards, and work with a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

We offer on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to advance within the company. Prior experience isn’t required, and eligibility includes a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will train you.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Love for food and attention to detail with weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
