Chook on Pearl is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team in Denver. The role supports food prep to Chook’s service standards and oversees a station’s workflow, cleanliness and timely preparation for guests.

The successful candidate will train across multiple stations and help maintain high food safety and quality. The schedule can include mornings, days, weekends and evenings with a flexible shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work mornings, days, weekends and evenings with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Chook on Pearl standards.
• Manage station workflow and cleanliness; ensure timely plating and service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain food safety standards.
• Assist with pre- and post-shift duties and support other stations as needed.
