Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Line Cook to join the Salt & Ash kitchen team in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting. You will ensure dishes are prepared to exact specifications, while maintaining station setup, mise en place, cleanliness, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of luxury hotel kitchen experience and holds a ServSafe Food Handler Certification. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Over 2 years luxury hotel kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to exact specifications of managing Chefs.
• Maintain station setup, mise en place, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow safety standards and proper food storage.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as required to ensure timely service.
