Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Algonquin, IL is seeking passionate line cooks to join our culinary team in a scratch kitchen. You will help prepare Italian pastas, soups, salads, pizza, seafood, steaks and desserts with fresh ingredients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a scratch kitchen is required.
• Ability to follow updated recipes precisely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Store food and ingredients properly.
• Follow recipes, including measuring and weighing.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (wash, chop).
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Cook using baking, grilling, steaming, and broiling methods.
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes.
• Maintain sanitation and clean work areas.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and station setup.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
