Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time line cook to join our culinary team. You will work in a scratch kitchen preparing Italian pastas, soups, salads, pizza, seafood, steaks and desserts, following recipes and maintaining high standards of food safety.

Ideal candidates show friendly, hardworking, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a scratch kitchen and food preparation.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, measure and mix ingredients.
• Able to read/speak English.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment; weekend/evening/holiday availability.
• Good stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Store food and items properly.
• Follow recipes, measure and mix ingredients.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (wash, chop).
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and in standards.
• Cook and present dishes; garnish as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas.
