Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items according to our standards while keeping a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. You’ll take pride in your work, communicate well under pressure, and contribute to a great guest experience.

No experience is required, but prior line cook experience is a plus. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with opportunities to grow as you contribute to great dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• No prior line cook experience required; entry-level considered.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout shift.
• Follow all food safety and kitchen safety procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for timely service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth operations.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
