TravelCenters of America is hiring a Cook at our locations nationwide. You will prepare and present quality food for guests, ensuring guest satisfaction and timely service to keep travelers on the road.

Responsibilities include washing and chopping ingredients, operating broiler, fryer and grill stations, and following plate presentation guidelines. You’ll also complete prep and temperature check sheets and maintain safety standards.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
