You will uphold cleanliness and safety standards, minimize waste, and support the service team to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

The role requires at least 6 months of line cook or prep cook experience and availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Must be 18+ years old with Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Able to follow uniform standards and maintain quality under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items per recipes.
• Minimize waste by proper portions and avoiding ticket errors.
• Coordinate with service team to deliver food promptly and accurately.
• Follow health department procedures and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Keep station clean and stocked before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
