JDK Management Company is hiring a Line Cook for their Perkins franchise in Erie, PA. You will prepare menu items to brand standards, maintain a clean kitchen, and work with a collaborative team to deliver friendly, efficient service.

No experience is required, but prior line cook work is a plus. You will contribute to a safe kitchen, handle up to 50 lb lifts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with supportive staff and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation during shifts
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for timely service
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth operations
• Assist with cleaning, restocking and other kitchen tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
