Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Effective communication with team and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Basic math for portioning and prep quantities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food across stations (Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, Salad) per recipes and specs.
• Prepares all items on prep list and labels food per Shelf Life Chart.
• Completes prep work to stock and set up stations; follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintains proper HACCP temperatures and uses inventory tools as required.
• Keeps ticket times updated and communicates with teammates about any issues.
• Ensures proper rotation of products and maintains par levels.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists; performs cleaning tasks.
