Job summary

Primanti Bros. in Weirton, WV is seeking Prep and Line Cooks to prepare dishes according to our recipes and deliver memorable meals to guests on a fast-paced line.

You will work across Appetizer, Bread & Fries, Grill, Pizza, and Salad stations, follow Prep Lists, and maintain HACCP guidelines while communicating with teammates to ensure smooth service and high quality. Join a bold, iconic brand with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong communication with teammates and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food and adheres to prep procedures for all stations.
• Prepares items on Prep List and labels food per shelf life chart.
• Completes prep work to stock and set up stations as needed.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and HACCP procedures.
• Uses Waste Log and Temperature checks as required.
• Prepares orders to recipe specifications and in a timely manner.
• Communicates ticket times and issues with teammates as needed.
• Maintains proper rotation and par levels for products.
• Supports opening, shift change, and closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
