Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and kitchen operational systems preferred.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others; work independently and in a team.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance; observe company dress code and culture.
• Must possess a recent TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all items are to spec, dated appropriately, packed, sealed, and labeled correctly.
• Comply fully with all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in keeping all sales and storage areas clean, clear and in good order at the end of the shift.
