Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant kitchen experience.
• Culinary school or food service program preferred.
• Knowledge of health department requirements; Food Handlers Certification required.
• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple line stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components of all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Work across Sauté, Grill, Pantry and Fry stations.
• Run your station efficiently and coordinate with team.
• Maintain high standards of quality and timely plating.
• Ensure sanitation and proper labeling; FIFO and inventory checks.
