DineAmic Hospitality at Mercato in Naples, FL invites skilled Line Cooks to join a Greek-inspired concept. You will cook hot and cold items, follow recipes, and plate dishes with care.

Candidates should have 3+ years in restaurant kitchens, preferably fine dining or high-volume, with food safety certification and the ability to work a variety of shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining or high-volume settings.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of health department requirements.
• Passion for quality and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components of all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Cook a variety of dishes using different methods, including sauces, vinaigrettes, purees and soups.
• Operate multiple line stations (Sauté, Grill, Pantry, Fry).
• Run your station efficiently and coordinate with teammates.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, quality and timeliness.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of tools and equipment; use safely.
• Adhere to sanitation regulations and proper food storage (FIFO).
• Label freshness and manage stock levels for your station.
• Collaborate effectively in a high-energy environment.
• Practice safe inventory handling and portion control.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
