Qualifications

• Experience in line cook role preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification required.
• Strong culinary knowledge of techniques and recipes.
• Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Create menus according to season and customer research.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock when necessary.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by head chef or management.
