The role requires operating various kitchen equipment and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout shifts. You will contribute to a safe, efficient kitchen environment and perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Performs basic cooking and food preparation.
• Maintains hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Follows written recipes and portion control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook items such as pancakes, eggs, sausages, burgers, and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and assemble ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate gas, electric, steam, or microwave equipment.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble kitchen components and tools.
• Clean work areas and equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and injuries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
