Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and multi‑task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and consistent manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and kitchen.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Communicate clearly with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Help with cleaning duties at the end of shifts or as directed.
• Report any equipment issues or shortages to the supervisor.
