Job summary

Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a friendly, efficient server to join our food and beverage team. You will deliver a high-quality dining experience by taking orders accurately and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the visit.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Training is provided where needed, and basic math skills are required for handling payments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server preferred; training provided.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
• Food Handlers certification required upon hiring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and memory.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly.

• Serve food and drinks promptly with presentation.

The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner


• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questionsregardingfood and beverages


• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system


• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards


• Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to requests


• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart


• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas


• Follow all health and safety regulations


• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service


• Process bills and handle payments accurately (cash, card, or other methods)


• Upselladditionalproducts and special menu items when appropriate

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server preferred but training will be provided


• Working knowledge of fine wine and spirits service is a plus
