Job summary

Cutalongat Tributer Resort in Mineral, Virginia is seeking a friendly, efficient server to deliver a high-quality dining experience. You will take orders accurately, ensure guest satisfaction, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables between courses and after departures.

• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.

PositionSummary:

Our food and beverage team atCutalongat Tributer Resort isseekinga friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner


• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questionsregardingfood and beverages


• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system


• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards


• Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to requests


• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart


• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas


• Follow all health and safety regulations


• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service


• Process bills and handle payments accurately (cash, card, or other methods)


• Upselladditionalproducts and special menu items when appropriate

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server preferred but training will be provided


• Working knowledge of fine wine and spirits service is a plus


• Food Handlers certificationrequiredupon hiring
