Job summary

Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa is seeking a Line Cook to join Legend's Bar & Grill. You will prepare all items according to supervisor directions and brand standards, work the outlet hot/cold line, and ensure timely service.

The role requires solid knife skills, attention to quality, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies. The position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for training and growth within a four-diamond property renowned for guest service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of culinary experience preferred and familiarity with at least one station.
• Proper use and care of cooking utensils, equipment, knives and tools.
• Basic kitchen sanitation, safety, and portions management knowledge.
• Able to stand 8+ hours and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills to follow and scale recipes.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepares all food items as directed and to company specs.
• Work on a hot/cold line and execute menu items within the timeline.
• Inspect food products for quality and freshness.
• Follow storage procedures for walk-ins and prep areas.
• Safely use culinary equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Attend department trainings and complete assigned tasks.
