Job summary

WOB Bar & Kitchen is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Prepare items per recipes, maintain clean workstations, and uphold safety standards. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including line cook and fry cook.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire or as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to WOB recipes, portions, and cooking standards.
• Label and stock all ingredients for organized workstations.
• Set up workstations with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Store all food and station items properly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work as a team to ensure timely dish preparation.
• Maintain kitchen area cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
