Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Concord, CA is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support the Heart of House operations. You will prepare and cook items, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timely delivery of quality food to guests.

The role requires teamwork, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Training and certifications in food safety will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
