Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking to fill Heart of House team roles where you will be preparing and cooking menu items, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, and delivering high quality food to guests.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with managers and teammates to ensure timely service. Prior kitchen experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and the ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Able to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
