Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking team members for its Heart of House to prepare and cook menu items to brand standards. You will keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized, ensuring timely and accurate food delivery while following hygiene and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates are team players with a strong work ethic and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts. Prior kitchen experience is a plus, and staff can expect ongoing training and clear paths for growth.

Qualifications

• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout shifts.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered timely.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to keep kitchen running smoothly.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
