Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Los Angeles is hiring for a Heart of House Team Member. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and ensure meals are served promptly to guests.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past midnight.
• Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
