Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Adhere to portion control and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate preparation and order execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen area and wash dishes as needed.
• Assist in food inventory management as needed.
