Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• At least 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must communicate clearly with management staff.
• Able to work in a standing position for long hours.
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, food safety/sanitation, and timely dish preparation.
• Familiarize with menu items and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
