Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook (2–3 years strongly preferred).
• Experience in an upscale-casual or fine-dining kitchen.
• Ability to work across multiple stations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, including chopping and organizing ingredients.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.
