Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring a line cook to create an exceptional culinary experience for guests, preparing and presenting menu items and ensuring food safety at all times. The role requires friendly, team-oriented individuals capable of maintaining speed and accuracy in a busy kitchen.

Applicants should be able to communicate clearly with colleagues, follow recipes and prep sheets, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile while working a fast-paced shift.
• Must clearly communicate with team members.
• Must be disciplined and self-motivated.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items by recipe and to specification.
• Follow prep sheets to control costs and minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Safely operate all kitchen equipment and use chemicals correctly.
• Assist other team members as needed to meet business demands.
