Dave & Buster's is seeking a line cook to create an exceptional culinary experience for guests through the preparation and presentation of the menu. The role requires safe handling of food to protect guest health and adherence to sanitation policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cooking to recipe specifications, maintaining station cleanliness, controlling waste, and assisting team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with other team members.
• Must be disciplined and self-motivated.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks all food items by recipe and to specification.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Controls costs by following prep sheets to prevent waste.
• Safely operates kitchen equipment and uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control.
• Keeps storage areas organized and ensures proper product storage.
