We value reliability and food safety, with opportunities to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A food handler's certification is a plus, and you should be prepared to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs while helping the team

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food handler's certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Execute line cooking duties including grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating
• Monitor food inventory, freshness, and proper food storage procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health codes
• Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and mise en place
